Custom Made Items
Custom-made kilts, jackets, trousers, and personalized products are created specifically for each customer.
Because they are made according to your selected measurements and requirements, custom items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Processing time may depend on your payment provider.
